Plano, Texas – Adolfson & Peterson Construction (AP), has completed the renovation for the interior of the Raytheon Technologies building in Plano, Texas.
The project encompassed a 236,000-square-foot interior finish-out of the existing four-story building, including office space and labs. Site improvements, security fencing, additional guard shacks and paving modifications were also part of the campus project.
AP and Raytheon executives recently celebrated the completion with a ribbon cutting on Thursday, Aug. 8.
Raytheon Technologies has been working with AP since 2014. Over the years, AP has completed more than 1.6 million square feet for the company.
“Completing the renovation of the Raytheon Technologies building is a testament to our strong partnership with Raytheon,” said Bob Lemke, Vice President of Operations at Adolfson & Peterson. “The successful completion of this project is a milestone we are proud of. It not only enhances the functionality of the Raytheon campus but also solidifies our role as partners in their ongoing expansion. Celebrating this achievement at the ribbon-cutting ceremony was a moment of shared success, and we look forward to continuing to build on this strong foundation for years to come.”
